Refund & Return Policy

Because each item is custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected, or color/design preferences. 

However, we fully back the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at absolutely no cost to you. 

To initiate a claim for a damaged or incorrect item:
1. Contact us at info@stompypaws.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

For approved defect claims, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Customers are never responsible for return shipping costs or restocking fees on defective or incorrect items. 

Items sent back to our fulfillment partners without prior approval will not be accepted.
