Processing Time
Orders are typically printed, packaged, and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to update or correct the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@stompypaws.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please include your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns sent to our mailing address or fulfillment partners may not be accepted.
